During the consultation, one of our Attorneys will examine the facts and circumstances related to your personal injury case. They will provide you with an explanation of how these types of legal matters are handled and also the nature of the law(s) pertaining to your situation. You will have your questions answered and you will be given an honest opinion regarding the best possible legal action for your case.
This initial consultation is a chance for you to meet our attorneys and staff and for our staff to explain your legal issues and needs. You are not bound to anything until you decide that you want Burns and Harris to represent you and protect your rights. Should you feel that Burns and Harris is the proper firm for your needs or the needs of your loved ones, you will sign a retainer agreement naming Burns and Harris as your legal representative.
